Almost 20 years ago, I started my career in human resources. From clerk to HR manager, I have progressed through all hierarchical levels and developed into an accomplished HR professional and leader.
The diversity of my profession and the complexity of corporate, social and legal aspects relating to people and work performance fascinate and motivate me as they did at the beginning of my HR career.
